You will start as a technician-in-training with the goal of quickly becoming a certified service technician.

You’ll be provided your own work belt with the necessary tools to go with it. We’ll also provide you with your uniforms as well.

Safety is our #1 priority and we won’t have you do anything unsafe or without the right equipment.

We offer On-The-Job training with oversight to get you up to speed before we leave you on a job site by yourself. You’ll learn our culture, job site safety, how to complete daily and weekly checklists, customer interaction, how to upsell and get an overview of our entire system and processes. Our training is designed to help you excel and move up in our company quickly.

You’ll learn the skills of window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning, softwashing & more!

Before you advance you need to be proficient at our systems and processes, properly and safely driving a work truck with equipment, cleaning the interior & exterior of residential & commercial windows, how to safely use and move ladders, use a pressure washer & surface cleaner, clean gutters, supervise others & much more.

Once you are competent as a service technician you will be trained to be an Assistant Crew Lead and then trained to be a Crew Leader & run your own team.

If you have experience we may start you at a higher hourly starting pay and quickly work towards your training for a crew manager. If you have limited or no experience we will start you at our beginning starting hourly pay and give you increases as your training progresses.

(Must be able to lift over 90 lbs. easily and be able to carry ladders safely. Must not be afraid of heights and should be comfortable on ladders typically 14-24 ft.)
